10-Strike Connection Monitor 1.6 - Monitor access to shared folders and files

Monitor access to shared folders and files

10-Strike Connection Monitor

10-Strike Connection Monitor: Monitor network connections to your shared resources, find out who opens your files over local network. Protect your computer or file server, be notified when an intruder opens secure folders and files. When a connection attempt is detected, the program will pop a window with details on the remote user trying to access shared files and adds that data to a log file along with the remote user’s name, files and folders accessed, and access date and type. At the same time, the owner of the data will be alerted with an on-screen message accompanied with a sound, and e-mail notifications.

What is new in version 1.6:

Upon user requests, we developed a service application that monitors access to shared folders in addition to the regular GUI program. We added this service to the Professional Edition of our program. Added a mechanism for monitoring the creation and removal of files in a specified folder.
