Noise Station: Noise Station is music creation software. A synthesizer and sequencer, the software is an advanced system for creating professional music with no other equipment needed. Noise station was designed to produce high quality music on any PC by emulation. Fast but low quality previews would be available while composing before producing a final version direct to disk. The program uses engines, a component that creates or modifies sound to create effects on an instrument, track, or song basis. No extra hardware like a MIDI keyboard is needed or supported. This software is ideal for control freaks. Real time recording doesn't exist, instead events are layed down almost like the music is being programmed, just like in tracker software.
