Reduce tech. support times - 2 hrs to 5 mins.

VerifyMyPC

VerifyMyPC: VerifyMyPC is the change tracking and management tool that watches for important changes to computers running Microsoft Windows NT/2000/XP/2003/Vista. Reduce technical support times from 2 hours to 5 minutes by tracking important changes made to systems. Start with the high-level summary of easy-to-understand sentences and optionally drill down to files and registry entries. Have intelligent conversations between users/customers and IT. Instead of following a long and boring scripted set of questions and responses that takes 30 minutes to 2 hours to complete, ask "About when did the problem with.....start?" The user will reply, "Yesterday" or "a week ago". Then start the VerifyMyPC Scan Manager on the system and see what changed in the timeframe the user specified. The problem always sticks out like a sore thumb and thus can be fixed quickly and easily. VerifyMyPC pinpoints the problem and how to fix it with easily understood textual descriptions. VerifyMyPC works because it tracks the history of the computer system.

What is new in version 2.6:

2.x series: Completely re-written from the ground-up. Advanced, high-performance scanning engine. Textual descriptions ("Installed Adobe Photoshop CS2", "Installed known spyware", etc). Drill down abilities.
