Text Splitter 1.50c - Extract text strings from email to table

Extract text strings from email to table

Text Splitter

Text Splitter: Extract text strings from website form email responses to automatically create spreadsheet tables. You can then manage your mailing list information in any spreadsheet then use text splitter’s newswire facility to email back a response.

Collect feedback emails or web form responses in one Outlook directory then export them as a csv file and load this into text splitter. Text splitter will lift text strings from this information based on the repeated words that lie before and after the required information e.g. by identifying the web form item name. It then converts each extracted string into a usable spreadsheet format. You can add an unlimited numbers of delimiters or split points to identify the start and finishing of each text string. The delimiters can contain any characters and be of any length. The program also contains a simple SMTP e-mailer, which can send out replies as html or text email newsletters etc to the addresses in the processed data.
