Zoom ActiveX control 2.1 - Magnify the contents of the desktop.

Magnify the contents of the desktop.

Zoom ActiveX control

Zoom ActiveX control: A Zoom control, can magnify the contents of the desktop.

It is a powerfull magnifier, that can magnify the contents of the desktop from 1 to 100 times. The "hot" point of the interest can be either the cursor position or can be manually set. The control provides the ability to the user, to Freeze the view area for most accurate view.

It can draw a grid and has two built-in rulers(bars) with two markers on each for calculating sizes and distance. The bars and their divisions are fully customizable and the markers can be driven by the mouse or externally(by code). Each time a marker changes its position, generates a MarkerChange event and outputs the distance between itself and the other one in the same bar.

The colors of the grid, the markers and the divisions can be customized. The control's architecture prevents it from zooming in a loop (black-hole) when the mouse moves over it.

The Zoom ActiveX control is a hi-end component that can be used as a standalone professional magnifier or as a part of an image editing application.
