Firstly in a list for easy finding of the record you want and then in a details view that gives you more details and a larger image area. Filtering - Columns in the list may be filtered (in the same way as if using excel). This allows you to show only records that meet your criteria (eg only badges from the UK), making it easy to find what you want. Grouping - It is possible to group fields; this will turn the list into a tree much like Window explorer, allowing you to open and collapse folders of records. eg Grouping by country will allow you to see your badges and patches in a way that resembles the folders inside Windows explorer. Layout changing/saving - Show or Hide fields, change their order in both the list and the form view, this layout may then be saved for future use. Copy record - Copy record allows you to duplicate a records data into a new record. Great for when you are adding many of the same type of records. Drop down lists - User definable drop down lists for easy data insertion e.g. The field unit/ship has a drop down showing a list of units and ships. You can also edit this list to add or remove units or ships. New Versions - We are always improving our products; adding more features and improving the existing ones.
