Create Floor Schedules for Your Agents 3.92 - Automatic Office Floor Schedules for a Month.

Automatic Office Floor Schedules for a Month.

Create Floor Schedules for Your Agents

Create Floor Schedules for Your Agents: Automatically create floor schedules for 25 agents for a month. Ten daily shifts can be scheduled with up to 5 agents per shift. Coverage can vary each day and your agents can specify what shifts they will and will not work preventing unwanted assignments. The sophisticated scheduling logic assures a fair and even distribution of assignments. Up to 10 vacation periods can be specified for each person and assignments will not be made on those days. The program allows you to make manual adjustments to the schedule to accommodate special circumstances such as team scheduling and other special needs. Monthly calendars are created along with files that can be sent by e-mail to selected agents and a file that can be electronically transferred to your Microsoft Outlook Calendar as well as your PDA or Smart Phone. The Excel spreadsheets come in sizes for 25 agents and 5 daily shifts, 50 agents and 10 daily shifts as well as 100 agents and 10 daily shifts and are priced from $149 to $399. They can be downloaded from the Shift Schedules website and used freely for evaluation.
