Street mapping component for Linux and .net

GeoBase
GeoBase: GeoBase is a high performance OEM tool for embedding GIS functions in client and server applications. GeoBase has a small memory footprint - both on the hard disk for storage and in RAM during use. Compatible with both .NET and Linux, GeoBase is designed for a rapid development cycle and low deployment cost. The Map Engine displays rich, detailed maps for use in server or client applications. GeoBase uses the industry- standard color schemes found in Mappoint TM, MapQuestTM and other premier GIS solutions. GeoBase GeoCoder uses any combination of street address, city name, state or zip to determine the latitude and longitude of a location. GeoQuery is a SQL-like language that allows you to work with spatial data. Using GeoQuery a developer can quickly implement a geocoder, reverse geocoder or other functions on a server or client application. This site includes quick-start documentation and a query window. GeoBase mapping and object interface was designed to be a drop in replacement for Microsoft MappointTM and other GIS solutions. A GeoBase Demo & SDK for WINDOWS is available for download (70mb). Contents include: GeoBase GIS Database using Navteq TM for CA & NV GeoBase .netTM Class Library documentation GeoQuery interface GeoQuery reference Map Explorer application demonstrating the GeoBase class library Map Explorer source code
