OutlookBackupPro: OutlookBackupPro creates backups of your Outlook 2003 / 2007 files, settings, options, email account settings, profile settings, templates; additionally, OutlookBackupPro can create a backup of your Office and Outlook activation files, as well as any additional custom files and custom folders. This makes it an all-round backup solution, not limited to Outlook stuff! Whatever you want to backup, OutlookBackupPro can back it up and save it. If you prefer to save your backups on a remote server, OutlookBackupPro can upload your backups to any FTP server.



OutlookBackupPro includes Totalidea Software's 'HotShadow' technology. With 'HotShadow' it is possible to create backups of files that are currently in use and accessed by other processes, which usually disallows to backup files. 'HotShadow' shadows your files in order to access them while they are used by another process. 'HotShadow' requires Windows 2003, Vista, or 2008.



Restoring your files takes a few seconds only – just select the files and settings you want to restore and OutlookBackupPro does the job - all you need to do is: start a restore and all your saved settings are back!
