packets are filtered by incoming and outgoing, by IP addresses, ports and protocols - TCP, UDP, ICMP, IGMP. Simple web-page source downloader worked via proxy server, if is present in system. Utility does not demand installation and is very simple in management that is important for beginning managers of networks.
