JWeather: Has functionality to show a radar image based on the users zipcode as well as 5 day forecast and shows temperature on the system tray icon similiar to Weather Bug. Also has a web interface that can be pulled up by going to "Browse Web". When you start the program it hides in the system tray. You have to double click or right click the icon to show the window. This is so it is less annoying if you decide to start up automatically at system startup. It reloads its weather information (which is read from a couple different websites) every 60 seconds.
